Authorising new users
The circuit user (normally Superintendent Minister) is responsible for authorising new managing trustee (local church and circuit trustee) level users of the website. After a new user has registered on the website, automatic email is sent to the circuit user informing them you have registered and are awaiting authorisation. Please note that this authorisation is not immediate and can only be actioned whenever your Superintendent Minister checks their email. If you have not received your email after some time, make contact with your Superintendent Minister to request you are authorised.
New Users associated with District or Connexional Trustees will be authorised by the Connexional Team.
New members of Consent Giving Bodies will need to request that the District User with read, update and manage permissions (normally the District Property Secretary) creates and authorises their user profile.
