Changing your password
To change your password log into the website and click on the Edit my Profile link on top right of the webpage.
Click the Change Password button, enter your existing password into the Old Password box then type your new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes then click the Change button.
You will be able to use your new password the next time you log into the website.
If you have forgotten your password, for added security, it will have to be reset.
Click on the Forgotten It link on the login page. You will be asked to type in your email address and click the Proceed button. You will see a message which tells you if a valid email address has been entered. An email will be sent to you with further instructions.
When you receive your email you will be asked to click on a link to reset your password. Once you click on the link you will see a message which tells you that an email has been sent to you with your new password.
When your new password is emailed to you, you can log onto the website and change it to something more memorable.
Please note - the website will hold a record of what your password is, but for security, this will not be visible to yourself on the screen, or any other user (at Circuit or District level).
