Where do I update property details on the website?

If you are a managing trustee user with read and update permissions you will be able to edit and update the property details for the properties managed by trustees you represent. Once logged into the website you can find the Manage Properties facility in the Project Management menu on the left of page.

I am the authorised user for Circuit Trustees and my circuit wish to sell a manse. I cannot find the property in the list. What do I do?

You need to contact the Connexional Team’s Consents Web Officer who will check the connexional database.

Normally the manse will exist on the connexional database but may be stored in the wrong circuit. This can happen if your circuit has been involved in a boundary change recently and if the Connexional Team have not been advised about which circuit the manses are to be located in. The Consents Web Officer will be able to move the property to the correct circuit trustees. This will then allow you to add the new project for the sale of the manse.
