If you are new to the Online suite and need to log in you will need to register your contact details and record which managing trustees you wish to be associated with. Only use the Register link if you will be using the website on behalf of managing trustees (local churches, circuit trustees, district trustees, connexional trustees).If you have used the Online system (Consents, Returns and Statistics for Mission) previously and now need to act on behalf a different group of trustees, you will not need to re-register, instead you can contact your Circuit user and they can update your user account with additional permissions.
You will need to complete all the details on the form. It is important to note that the email address should be a current address which is frequently checked as any alert emails will be sent to you as the project moves through the consent process and the Consents Web Officer will use your email address to send out any relevant information bulletins regarding the use of the website. The Connexional Fundraising Officer and Landfill Grants Officer will also use your registered email address to contact you if you request help with fundraising. After entering your contact details you can then indicate which group of managing trustees you are representing on the website by selecting from the drop down lists.
If you are registering to use the website on behalf of a local church, you will need to select your district, circuit and church from the drop down lists.
If you are registering with the website on behalf of Circuit Trustees (for property managed by the Circuit Meeting) you should select your district, circuit and then Circuit Trustees from the list of churches.
If you are registering with the website on behalf of District Trustees (for property managed by the District) you should select Connexion & District Property from the list of districts, Connexional Property from the list of circuits then the name of your district trustees from the list of churches.
If you are registering to use the website on behalf of Connexional Trustees you need to select Connexion & District Property from the district list, Connexional Property from the list of circuits then select the property you wish to be associated with from the Select a Church menu.
After selecting from the drop down lists, you can use the Additional Notes box to request permissions for updating details, creating new projects, or to access more than one set of managing trustees. This will then be updated by your Superintendent Minister when they authorise your user account.
After completing the information on the Register as New User form, click on the Register button at the bottom of the form. This will automatically send an email to your Superintendent Minister or nominated Circuit representative informing them that you have registered and need to be authorised. Once your profile has been authorised, you will receive an email giving you your password.
If you are a Superintendent Minister you will already have a password for the Property Consent Website – your log in details are the same as those you already have for the Statistics for Mission website.
If you are a new member of a Consent Giving Body you will need to contact your District Consent Giving Body and they will set you up as a user accordingly.
