District and Connexional Projects
For projects associated with properties managed by district or connexional trustees, the designated managing trustee creates the project, works through all the required questions and completes the managing trustee authorisation.
The Connexional Team is then notified that the project has been given managing trustee authorisation. They will check that all the information has been input correctly and any relevant approvals (e.g. Conservation) have been given. The Team will liaise with the managing trustees if further information is required before completing the Connexional Team authorisation.
The Consent Giving Body of the Strategy & Resources Committee (SRC) are then alerted to the project in order for them to give the final consent.
