Replacement Projects

A Replacement Project is a project where a property is being replaced, either by a new property, or by extensive work being done on an existing property. It is not projects such as replacing windows or furniture within a building.

The following project activity types are eligible as a replacement project:

  • > Alteration/Repair
  • > Extension
  • > External Works
  • > New Build
  • > Purchase

You will be asked for a related sale project ID when setting up the replacement project. This should be the sale of the property that is being replaced. The sale does not need to have gone through yet, but still must be indicated in this field.

The CPF (Connexional Priority Fund) Levy Refund that your project is eligible for will be determined by TMCP Finance, based on the proceeds of the sale. If you have any queries about the CPF Levy Refund, please contact the TMCP Finance team.
