To apply for Connexional Property Grant through Fund for Property, you should first look through the eligibility criteria on the Methodist Church website.

If you believe your project is eligible, you can apply for a grant by ticking the box in the Connexional Property Grants section on the Project Summary tab. This will ask you how much you are applying for.

Please note: There is a minimum of £50,000 and a maximum of £200,000 that can be applied for.

Once you have entered the amount you are applying for, the Grant tab will appear. It is important to fully complete this tab to ensure the best chance of being considered for a grant. It is also recommended that you are in contact with the Grants team so that they can assist you with your application.
